LDA’s board has decided that as from 1st December 2007 the LDA-ranking will be adjusted and that points gathered by their members will only be valid for their full members. All points earned by the candidate-members will be taken off the ranking.

As from 1st July LDA was registered and from then a fully official association, looking after the interests of all female dartplayers in the world. From that date several messages have been sent to all candidate-members to explain and also to invite them to become a full member of LDA, for support but also to maintain achieved ranking status.

LDA-ranking was initiated to obtain invitation for the LDA Masters Tournament. LDA’s board feels it is somewhat unfair towards their full members to maintain ranking status for candidate-members as well.

We hereby request all candidate-members once again to obtain full membership of the LDA and thereby support us and strengthen us to maintain and improve the status of ladies darts all over the world, but also to try and obtain your place for the LDA Masters Tournament. The way things look at present, this should take place in the course of 2008. More details to follow about this.
